Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from KnowFinch ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you're buying

You are buying a licence to use a digital file (for example a guide, template pack or workbook). Nothing physical is shipped. The product is delivered as a download link on the confirmation page and by email where you provide one.

Your licence

Each purchase grants one person (or one business, for business templates) a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for personal or internal business purposes, including adapting templates for your own clients or team. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the product or substantial parts of it as a standalone work.

Delivery

Download links are available immediately after payment and remain valid for at least 14 days. If a link stops working, email plainwork.support@gmail.com and we'll send a fresh one.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Accuracy and advice

We work hard to make our products useful and correct, but they are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using them.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.

Governing law and contact
