14-day promise

If a product isn't what you expected, email plainwork.support@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a sentence about what fell short. We'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions

Digital content that is delivered immediately is exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right. That is what the checkbox at checkout does. Our 14-day promise above still applies to you regardless.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Abuse

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person for the same product, or where a product has clearly been copied and redistributed.
